Faulty Goods


In these terms and conditions, faulty goods mean any goods we supply to you that do not conform to the contract. Faulty goods does not include any goods that are faulty due to fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with their intended use, failure to follow the manufacturer's or our instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the prior approval of us or the manufacturer.


You should notify us as soon as possible in the event of goods delivered found to be faulty.



Returning Goods


This section refers to the return of goods for Online purchases ONLY.


If you want to make a return you will need to do the following:


  • You will need to contact us by phone +965 1822244 Ext: 323/324 or email us at
  • You will need to have your order number in hand
  • The item purchased needs to be in the same condition as received and must be unused
  • An item may only be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date
  • You are always responsible for any damage in transit that is due to incorrect or inadequate packaging by you
  • You are responsible for any damage or loss in transit where you arrange the transport (rather than using our delivery team).
  • A refund will be made once the process is completed and will be made based on the following:    
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be made in cash
    • For KNET and Credit Card payments, the refund process can take up to a month
    • The delivery charge is non-refundable, unless in cases where the fault is from our side (wrong items or damaged items)
